Our methods are as traditional as they get! Every weekend in October and November, friends and family turn out in all weather’s to hand pick our unsprayed vintage cider apples which are bagged, crushed and pressed a ton at a time through straw on our traditional oak twin screw press, then fermented and matured in Oak barrels to produce a clear and clean natural cider, which is complex in flavour and aroma, full bodied and fruity with a subtle acid bite.
Our natural keeved cider is a dark, crystal clear, Normandy style sweet cider, containing only natural fructose sugars from the apples themselves. Available in its prime from spring to early summer.
